COMMUNITY MEETING

September 18th- 7:00 PM Burnhamthorpe Community Centre

Ward 3 City Councillor has organized a community meeting. The proposed development at 3150 & 3170 Golden Orchard Drive is likely to be supported by the City as it meets the City’s housing goals. The location is also located within an area earmarked by the City for increased densification due to proximity to Dixie Go, Dundas Street and retail stores.

If this development moves forward, this may be our only opportunity to work collaboratively to have a unified voice and engage with city planners to shape the new building designs to ensure they will have minimal negative impact on our community.
